Services & Engagements
A buyable
way to hire
the studio.
Three scoped engagements, fixed durations, fixed price bands — built for CPG founders who want retail-ready design without negotiating a custom SOW.
How the studio is hired
Three engagements.
No custom quotes.
InLeaf Design does not sell hours. Every piece of work the studio accepts is shaped into one of three named engagements — each one a fixed scope, a fixed duration, and a fixed price band disclosed up front. A founder reads the menu, picks the tier that matches their stage, and books a discovery call.
Every engagement ships with the same baseline as standard: FSC-certified or BPI Compostable substrates, a verified carbon-offset production manifest, full recyclability roadmap, and a complete open-source file handoff. The 7-week end-to-end average is the median, not the best case — and every project is run by the same 11-person senior team that pitched it. No outsourced juniors, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

Inside an engagement
Kickoff to retail-ready artwork, week by week.
A Full Identity engagement averages seven weeks end-to-end. Here is what actually happens in that time.
-
Chapter IWeek 01
Discovery & substrate strategy
Two half-day working sessions. The studio maps the founder's vision, the buyer's brief, the regulatory landscape, and the substrate decision — FSC paperboard, BPI Compostable film, sugarcane HDPE, or aluminium. A structural engineer joins the second session to pressure-test the concept against the chosen material.
-
Chapter IIWeeks 02 – 03
Identity & structural concept
Three brand directions, three structural directions, presented side by side at the end of week two. The selected pairing is refined through a structured feedback round and locked by the end of week three. Founders leave this phase with a brand mark they recognise and a pack shape they can hold.
-
Chapter IIIWeeks 04 – 05
Artwork, dielines & print prep
Production artwork is built across every SKU in the scope, dielines are proofed against the substrate spec, and the studio's FSC-certified print partners in four US cities are briefed. Press checks happen in week five — most founders attend at least one.
-
Chapter IVWeeks 06 – 07
Retail-ready handoff & activation
Final artwork files, brand guidelines v1.0, buyer-meeting deck, carbon-offset production manifest and recyclability roadmap. The founder walks into retail conversations with a printed sample case, a price sheet and a substrate story buyers recognise.
