Delicate fern fronds are stamped onto vintage Irish handkerchief linen pieces, which are appliqued to heavier vintage linen and layered with cotton batting and vintage hemp backing. All stitching details are machine quilted. The art quilt hangs from a slat inserted in a narrow sleeve in the back. Made in 2009.
