Availability
All Inleaf products are created by hand in small quantities and
my products are often made to order. Occasionally an item will
be sold out before it is removed from the website. In that case
I will contact you immediately to arrange for a full refund or
substitution, whichever you prefer. All
in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order
products will ship in 1 - 2 weeks. I will always provide you with
an estimated delivery date when you place an order.
Colors
Colors are subjective, and the way they are represented on screen
is not always accurate, depending on many factors such as light
during the photo session, software conversions and the end-users
monitor quality. I strive to represent the product colors as truthfully
as possible. Please contact me before you place your order if you have questions.
Sometimes I can provide a fabric sample if you are uncertain about
a color.

How to order
You can order and pay directly from my website using PayPal
which provides an easy and safe way to pay online. For information
on PayPal security click here.
You can also place an order by e-mail at orders@inleafdesign.com.
Remember to include item numbers, your name and shipping address,
and a phone number where we can reach you. I will promptly e-mail
you an order confirmation with total cost and estimated delivery
time. Never include any financial information such as credit card
numbers if you order via e-mail. I will contact you for payment
arrangements. You can also order by phone at 434-882-1569. I can
only accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks for e-mail
and phone orders.
International orders
Customers outside of the US must contact me prior to placing your order, so I can calculate additional shipping fees. International orders will be shipped via
USPS Global Priority and the customer is responsible for applicable taxes and duties. Only payments via Paypal are accepted for international orders.
Payment Information
I accept credit card payments via PayPal, checks
and money orders.
Privacy
When you place an order we will use information such as address,
e-mail, and phone number to process your order. I will never share
this information with third parties. You have the option to join
our mailing list if you are interested
in receiving information about sales, new products and events. You
can cancel your enrollment at any time. I never share the mailing
list with third parties.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of your purchase. The item should
be returned in unused condition, with tags and receipts included.
Please call or e-mail me immediately if you want to return a product
so we can discuss any problems and make arrangements in person.
Buyer will pay shipping cost for returned items.
Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Ground,
which means 1-2 days for delivery on the east coast, 3-4 days to
central US, and 5 - 6 days to the west coast. Shipping and handling
will be calculated at ckeck-out when you order online.
Fees for shipping and handling:
Total order
up to $35, $6.50
$35.01 – $60, $9.50
$60.01 – $140, $11.50
$140.01 – $225, $17.50
$225.01 and up, $21.50
International orders will be shipped via
USPS Global Priority. I can also arrange rush delivery via UPS
for domestic orders. You must contact me via e-mail or phone if you want faster shipping on
a domestic order, so I can calculate the shipping cost. All in-stock
orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order products
will ship in 1 - 2 weeks. Following your order, I will provide
you with an estimated delivery date.
Tax
All customers in Virginia will be charged a 5% sales tax.
