Linen is
a fantastic fabric with many wonderful qualities. It is strong,
durable, and becomes more beautiful with time.
All Inleaf products are washable, unless noted in the item description.
Each piece comes with care instructions. We recommend hand washing
the linens in warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Make
sure that your detergent does not include whitening agents, as they
could stain and bleach the linen. Never rub hard on the printed
areas while they are wet. To remove stains from table linens soak
them in hot water and mild detergent immediately after use. All
linens should be hung to dry and ironed while still damp.
Linen will wrinkle after use. Steam ironing will
remove any creases, and return the fabric's natural sheen. Use moderately
high temperature settings for your iron, and watch lightweight fabrics
for burns.
Linens should be stored clean, dry and ironed.
Table runners will hold its shape if rolled up wrapped in tissue.
If you have room store your napkins flat layered with tissue to
avoid permanent creases.
My products are made from dyed and hand printed
natural fabrics that are textured and might have irregularities
in the weave, which sometimes affect the uniformity of the dye and
print. I strive to make our fabrics colorfast, but occasionally
the colors could bleed, rub off or fade. All fabrics are pre-washed,
so shrinking should not be a problem.
My products should not be dried in the clothes dryer. They should
not be dry cleaned or bleached. Use stain removers with care.
